Meet Shannon

The face behind She Knows Golf.

Welcome to my corner of the golf world.

Hi, I’m Shannon.

My turning point.

Golf has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve been an NCAA golfer, played professionally, became an LPGA Class A Professional, and spent years teaching women all over the world — on courses, on cruise ships, and everywhere in between.

But the biggest thing I ever learned wasn’t from competition. It was learning that one swing doesn’t fit every woman. A serious accident changed everything: I had to rebuild my body, my confidence, and the way I approached golf from the ground up.

That’s when I realized — your swing should work with your body, not against it. That lesson became the foundation of everything I teach today.

Why She Knows Golf?

Because too many women over 40 think they’re the problem.

They’re told to swing like everyone else, on a body that isn’t everyone else’s. Instead, I help women create a swing that fits their body, their mobility, their lifestyle, and their season of life — so golf feels powerful, comfortable, and fun again.
